SUCH GOOD FOOD. Will definitely be back. Best thai place i have ever been to and is family owned and staff are so welcoming and nice.

We ordered take out, we were staying at a hotel next to this restaurant and finally decided to give it a try! We had the pot stickers, the veggie spring rolls and the Bangkok bay boat appetizer. The portions were large and definitely enough to share for 3-4 people. My favorite were the shrimp sticks that were deep fried. The peanut sauce was also so yummy! The cream cheese and avocado filled rangoons were DELICIOUS! The pot stickers could've been cooked a little longer but overall so yummy and I'd go here again for sure!

Bangkok Bay: My colleague and I visited Bangkok Bay for lunch last week. The restaurant is in a small shopping area off the 101 between Via De La Valle and Lomas Santa Fe road. Service is excellent. We were quickly seated and our drink order taken. They have an extensive Thai menu including lunch selections. We started with an order of Summer Rolls. For our main courses, I ordered a noodle dish, my colleague ordered a yellow curry. Both dishes were excellent. Throughout the meal we had attentive service. If you hunger for a Thai lunch or dinner, Bangkok Bay is a great choice.

A reservation is a must at this restaurant unless you don't mind waiting... my mistake that I should of tried calling to ask (apparently they do take reservations over the phone). My friend and I arrived at 6:30 on a Friday. The wait was a good 30 minutes. The restaurant is very small and tables are close together filled with customers and busy servers. The decor is all tastefully done. We ordered a couple cocktails while looking over the menu. We chose the Bay Puffs, Small Tom Kha, Pad Thai w/Shrimp, Massaman Beef and the Crispy Chicken. Service is fast and the food and drinks arrive fast. The Puffs were good. The soup, pad thai and beef were excellent with the heat we requested. The chicken was the weakest, bland. All in all a very good meal and we would definitely be back. Atmosphere: small, busy, nice decor. Service: very good. Food: very good.

Our hotel was right next door to this gem! The food was so good and the ambiance was cozy and very Thai feeling. The service was also very good and If we had not been staying next door would not have seen this place. It's tucked in a plaza but when you enter the while space is magical!

Started off with the yummy 4-pointed "star ton" app, which were crispy wontons filled with avocado and cream cheese. It was served with plum sauce, which enhanced the flavor. The sauce didn't smell so good, but tasted great. Next we got fried spring rolls, which almost looked like mini-taquitos. They were excellent and the plum sauce also made the taste better. I got the Pad Thai with chicken for my main. Yelpers seemed to love this dish, but I thought it was too sweet. It was still solid though. Cool interior with tons of different style paintings and Thai kitschy stuff.

Busy gem! Small cozy restaurant completely filled with patrons the entire time. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Food came out fast. Recommendations were made based on what we liked and dietary restrictions. We ordered the Bangkok Bay Boat sampler, Basil Chicken stir fry, crab fried rice, & Tiger cry medium rare. The food was all amazing and our server packed our leftovers for us table side. (We rarely see that type of service anymore!) They gave my daughter complimentary ice cream. We'd definitely come back to support again.

Absolutely LOVE this place! In my opinion, one of the best places to get Thai food in San Diego. I have been coming here for years with my family and friends and this place never disappoints. The pad Thai is so flavorful and has a great sauce to noodle ratio. My favorite curry is their red curry-- I always get a spicy level of 5-6. I recommend calling ahead for reservations here because I swear they are pretty packed every day they're open! The service here is great and the staff is very friendly. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated and there's plenty of parking available.

Ordered takeout and the workers were Very friendly! Opted for the crab fried rice and Thai iced tea. The Thai iced tea was definitely yummy. The crab fried rice was ok... good but the crab wasn't hitting like it should if I'm making any sense; however, I did eat it all! Super cute inside and out!!

Great place for Thai food. Our friends recommended this place for dinner and we got three dishes and all of them were nicely done and delicious. Pork fried rice, beef pad Thai and Siamese twins. All with the right level of seasonings and spices. Just a great place for take out....you can dine in too.....
